The Institutions (Universidad Europea, Universidad Europeia, IADE and IPAM) are pleased to announce the launch of a new electronic invoicing platform, Tradeshift. This easy-to-use online tool will enable suppliers to submit invoices and communicate with buyers, increasing invoicing accuracy, and improving visibility to the payment process and status.

Tradeshift will be offered to suppliers for free. There are no setup fees, transaction fees, or service fees. The Institutions’ payment terms will remain unchanged, and we anticipate faster processing time as suppliers begin correctly posting invoices to the platform.

Both the Institutions and Tradeshift are committed to providing the necessary support to ensure a seamless and successful transition to this new platform.
